One of the greatest advantages of the Linear “T” Stainless Steel Burner is the range of available lengths. While smaller 16"–48" burners work well for residential fire pits and fire tables, the larger 60", 72", 84", 90", 96", 108", and 120" burners make it possible to create dramatic architectural fire features with an uninterrupted linear appearance.
The largest 120" Linear T Burner produces up to 200,000 BTUs, making this series particularly well suited for substantial outdoor installations where both scale and flame presence matter.

For the most professional appearance, the burner should be appropriately sized in relation to the interior burn area rather than simply choosing the longest burner that will physically fit. Adequate clearance around the burner also provides space for your selected decorative media and helps create a more finished installation.
For larger projects, burner length is only one consideration. Available gas pressure, BTU demand, pipe diameter, total gas-line distance, fittings, elevation changes, and other gas appliances sharing the supply can all affect performance.
When designing an extra-long linear fire feature, plan the gas supply before constructing the finished fire pit.
A 90", 96", 108", or 120" burner requires substantially more gas volume than a typical residential burner, with this series reaching 200,000 BTUs at 120 inches. Simply having a gas connection at the fire pit does not guarantee that the system can deliver the required volume under operating conditions.
Longer gas runs and undersized piping can create pressure loss, potentially resulting in weaker flames or uneven performance across a long burner. Have a qualified gas professional calculate the required pipe diameter using the burner BTU load, fuel type, available pressure, equivalent pipe length, fittings, and total connected appliance load.
For oversized linear installations, gas delivery should be engineered around the burner—not the burner selected around an already undersized gas line.
